Torre Xanchu is a cosy villa with private pool set in it’s own grounds in a quiet cul de sac ( so no passing traffic ) on the hillside above the valley of San Agustin just 5 mins walk from the small Village of San José. Sant Josep has shops, banks, a supermarket & bars etc . The beaches, Ibiza town, & San Antonio are all within just a few minutes drive making Sant Josep a very desirable central place to stay. It is only 15 to 20 mins from the Airport and the nightlife of San Antonio is only 12 mins away by car. Some of the nicest coves and beaches on the Island are local to Sant Josep just 5 to 10 mins by car depending on which one you choose.
Description ; On the ground flour there is an attractive lounge-dining room with French windows on to the pool terrace, smartTV and, 2 bedrooms; 1 doubles and a twin, 1 large shower room, the Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave etc. Upstairs is another twin bedroom with its own shower room and walk in wardrobe. The bedrooms and lounge area have air conditioning (at extra charge). There is a Lovely garden with terraces and BBQ. It is 400 Mts. from San José village & 5kms from various beautiful beaches. Parking area at the Villa.
Maid service is provided 2 times weekly .
