This is a family house with lots of privacy, a striking view of the Mediterranean Sea and stunning sunsets, it is surrounded by half a hectare of terraced land and pine forest.
Easy access - only 20 minutes from the airport, the house is 7 minutes by car to Sant Joseph or Calla Tarida (one of the nicest sandy beaches of the island).
Still owned by the family that designed and had it built in the 70’s, the house was totally refreshed in 2007 and is continually being upgraded.
It is very child-friendly with lots of playground; nearby traffic consists of a few chickens from our local neighbors and wild rabbits!

On the sun setting side of the house is the main terrace, with two porches, a full size pool (5m x 10m), a gazebo and an open fire BBQ.
The house is divided into two parts. It is simple and conveniently furnished.
One enters the house into an open plan area; with a circular salon and fireplace, and on the left the dining area and open plan kitchen.
The main floor also includes the master bedroom with a double bed and the main bathroom, which was re-done in 2012.
A second bedroom is upstairs in the tower with a built-in oval bed (140cm x 180cm) and access to the rooftop terrace.
Adjacent to the house is the separate guest area, with a bedroom and two single beds, a bathroom and it’s own private terrace.
A pleasant home at the end of the road with great outside facilities & stunning sunsets!
